Shipping policy

We ship only to the U.S. and Canada. Orders are process immediately and shipped to the address you provide. Orders are typically delivered within 14 days from when you place your order. COVID 19 may cause an additional delay, but no more than 1 - 2 days.

You will receive an automatic email when your order is shipped from the warehouse. You will also be notified via email when your order has been delivered.

Please note that customs charges are at the discretion of the recipient's country and the sole responsibility of the customer. Though we try to ship items in Canada to Canadian orders, certain items may ship from the USA. Though we try to ship items to our US customers from the US warehouse, occasionally we have to ship from Canada.

When placing your order, please always double-check your mailing address that everything is 100% correct and postal compliant. Thank you.

 

Where do you ship to? 

We ship to Canada and USA only.  Put your desired items in your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your mailing address when prompted and the shipping costs will be calculated. You can decide to proceed to payment at this stage.
